sip trunk error

i was wondering if anyone would know why this started happening and a customers bcm
its been a good workhorsee
and this
i don't do sip trunking on any of my bcms
though the 12trunk license is active

and its picking on x222 all of sudden
floods the phone with 12 sip calls
the user has had to put unit in dnd
there was some change in the internet facing router
and this is a standalone network off their corporate lan

Sounds like somebody programmed port 5060 and pointed it to the BCM or it's in now in DMZ mode.
Check those and make sure SIP/ALG is disabled.

Use port checker to see if it will detect open ports.

Otherwise as a quick fix:
-go to Lines/Active Voip lines and make the Prime Set = NONE
-go to Alarm Settings and disable alarm 51103

figured it had t be something in the router set wrong
might have been a fingerpoking issue on my side when i was getting remote worker setup
i'll do the workaround i can get into the router again

You just need these for IP sets and Remote Worker:
UDP 7000-7002
UDP 30000-30099

finally back on this project
it was a finger=poking problem on my end that caused the issue
i told the customer their IT guy needs glasses
or a very large font

i have that sip issue gone, it was entry in port forward on router i was one digit over on

so this distinct separate network is now in play, corporate lan is left to separate IT vendor
this one was put in for all else, bcm, ip sets, video surveillance, etc

i can get to router and i can get to bcm.
so far with no vpn involved
i can make changes on bcm, but can't get out of there into call pilot
i assume its because i don't have a local ip to run the network with
or did i miss something?

also is there somewhere someone can easily point me to for setting up a home office user, with a 1140e without a vpn, the person is just call overflow. I added the ports you mentioned CC, is there anything else i need to do this

i USUALLY do vpns but i don't want the extra work load at the moment

Those ports were for IP sets

For Admin:
BEM - TCP 5989
Monitor - TCP 60001
Callpilot - TCP 443

I guess you mean the Callpilot link in BEM?
I usually just use the IP/callpilotmanager which all that button points too hence why a different port is required(443).

IP set:
Maybe set settings to default if issues...
DHCP yes or no depending on the home network
Set IP, Net and Gate if using No (Static)
S1: public IP of Office
Port: 7000
S2: public IP of Office
Port: 7000

BCM:
TelResources/IPsets
-Enable registration
-" " Password
-Change password if it's at default
-Auto DN's, depends...I like to set it to No and start IP sets at 300 if there is digital sets using 2xx, User wont know what to do.
-Support Remote Worker - checked
-Logo name - 71 Cuda (lol)

yea, two items going on here
1-2 ip sets getting put out into home offices
i usually have done i2050's with win10 vpn
do i set these desksets to dhcp before i send them out?

and second project is remote management for me (without a vpn)
for router and bcm

I edited the above for IP sets...
If the home network is DHCP then the set should be DHCP, in other words that DHCP setting is in regards to the local home network and not the BCM.

I forgot about Data Services/DHCP Server in BEM...
General/DHCP Server: - Enabled - IP sets Only
IP Terminal Options: IP address of the BCM
Address Range - Pickem! just dont pick Buffalo, KC, Tampa or Green Bay
