Hi Kenny,
Thanks for the prompt reply, I realised prior to your message that although the network element had cascaded down from our primary controller. The sip peer was not configured on the element locally which, in turn was not populating the network element list in the peer profile.
All sorted now, time to buy more licenses...yay!
