I have configured a SIP Trunk under the LINEoption and added 150 MSN numbers with their group ID under the SIP URI.. I am unable to add the 151st number, as the ADD button is disabled.
Please advise on how to add the MSN from 151-200.

I tried creating another SIP trunk with same credentials but the system is not reading from that option.,

Don't add MSN numbers in the SIP URI.
In the SIP URI enter a * in the Local URI field and add the MSN numbers in the Incoming Call Route list

I have one more issue.. when I did as instructed above, the outgoing CLI is the Extension no. ie if the no is (XXXXX123) it displays only 123 at the call receiver end.

Please advise

Each user has a SIP page were you can edit the to send data to the SIP line.

I cant find that option on the user page!!

im using the IPO 500 v2 R8.1 (65)
and manager software 10.1(65)

The menu tab options attached!!

Sorry my mistake...

I got it.

Thank you so much

Even though I found the option it didnt work.. as the external CLI was still showing the 3 digit extension number.

I sorted out the issue by adding the short code with 0N/Dial/Ns12345678"@xx.xx.xx.xx"/19

Thank you once again
