I have an issue using vm pro. We have the SIP trunks working fine however when the call covers to voicemail we see the following in the trace

We suspected a codec issue of some sort but there are PRI trunks and it works fine with the PRI trunks. Any help would be appreciated. I dont work on IP office on a daily basis .
