SIP trunk calls going to voicemail pro, but silence

I have an issue using vm pro. We have the SIP trunks working fine however when the call covers to voicemail we see the following in the trace

We suspected a codec issue of some sort but there are PRI trunks and it works fine with the PRI trunks. Any help would be appreciated. I dont work on IP office on a daily basis [glasses].

 
You need to make a monitor trace.
If you use SSA then check if it uses a VCM channel and which codec it uses.
Although VMPro runs on a PC/server, it is not IP but TDM.
So PRI works because it does not need a VCM channel but SIP does.

As the SIP trunk works I assume there are VCM channels available.
When having a issue you should always provide:
Type of system with additional hardware
Software versions
monitor trace with additional info

A simple mind delivers great solutions
 
I recall this was an issue on one version of software. can you tell us what you are running?
