SIP Trunk between HiPath 4000 v4.0 and Alcatel OXO

Hello,

I managed to establish a SIP Trunk between an HiPath 4K V4 and an Alcatel OXO. However, I'm having a problem of one way audio.
Does anyone have an idea of what it could be? I mean, can it be a misconfiguration from the HiPath end?
I have audio in Alcatel->HiPath direction but not on HiPath->Alcatel.

I confirmed the routing and firewall issues but I don't think there's a problem.
