SIP TRUNK - 415 Unsupported Media (Openscape Business X8)

Hello Gents,

Anyone here experienced this "415 Unsupported Media" error on Osbiz X8?

What literally happening is that, when a customer tried to call our SIP Hotline, intermittently they are unable to dial any numbers on the IVRS. Technically a DTMF error. I have already changed the transmission tones Payload to 101 but still the issue persist.

We've done some trace with my telco and apparently the "415 Unsupport" errors shows on the PBX side.

Sounds more like codec issues rather than DTMF.
Calls won't normally fail if DTMF settings are wrong, it would be no digits are recongnised in the call.
 
Issue solved, theres a change of config/codec i guess from the telco side. Particularly on the "payload type 127"
