I've got 2 separate accounts and credentials with 1 provider. Each account registers and can receive calls when only 1 is in service but when 2 are in service only one works (although both show as registered).

I've been advised to change the listen ports for each account but I can only seem to set a single overall listen port in System - LAN1 - VOIP. This is currently the default UDP & TCP 5060. How do I set this per account?

I think you have 1 SIP line with 2 SIP credentials. In this case, there is only 1 send/listen port.
You can have 2 SIP Lines for the same provider, each with 1 SIP credential. Now you can configure different send/listen ports.
You also may get confused about System, Lan1, VoIP where you also can configure listen ports, but this is for extensions, not SIP Trunks.

I have 2 lines with the same provider each with their own credentials.

If both are active, they both register and can make outgoing calls but line 1 rejects incoming calls.

In System - LAN1 - VOIP changing the topology to 'none' allow the listen port to be be set for each:

line 1 49160 line 2 49260

The provider's website confirms that these ports are registered.

I've spent some more time on this and it isn't really down to the ports.

sysmonitor shows

20:37:20 1213193501mS Sip: SIP Line (17): Incoming SIP Call Failed.
20:37:20 1213193501mS Sip: c0a800c900004051 17.16465.1 -1 SIPTrunk Endpoint(f175c5b8) Present Call, no match (■■■■■■e0) from URI in To header or (■■■■■■) from request URI

and an old post here answered

IP Office 5.0+: If the wildcard * is used in the SIP trunk's Local URI, Contact and Display fields, that SIP trunk will accept any incoming SIP call.

Entering the * in R11.0 actually turns to 'auto' and now calls are accepted on both numbers but not simultaneously - I assume this is because it can't identify the line and will need some more work on URIs.
