I've been searching the web for a service (in North America) which would provide a video bridge between SIP endpoints and H.323 and/or ISDN but to no avail.
There seem to be many that bridge h323 and ISDN, but not SIP.
Which leads to another question(s): What is the expected migration path to video phones at the desktop? How will "PSTN" calls support it? Will an ISDN number be necessary? Or will SIP trunk providers start supporting video calls as long as the call stays on SIP backbones? Surely this will be in demand in the very near future...
