CM 3.X
I am facing yet another issue (My luck with chronic trunk to trunk amuses me)
I have raised a ticket with Avaya but feel that this is the best place to start looking for resolutions.
Situation#1 Call arrives on SIP trunk, Routes to agent (4610) and all is good.
Situation #2. Call arrives on SIP trunk and gets routed via vector transfer to ISDN all is good.
Situation #3 Call arrives on SIP to agent and agent starts a conf call with ISDN, Agent can hear ISDN fine, When Agent presses conf again to bridge the active sip we have issues (Listing them next)
Issue 1: SIP to agent, conf to ISDN, only agent can hear both parties, caller on SIP and caller on ISDN cannot hear each other
Issue 2: Caller on SIP to agent transfer to ISDN , when transferred to ISDN gets a active channel normal in trace, but NO audio connection. We see no active medpros
any Ideas?
Surprise! Most loopback jacks are located conveniently behind the ear and above the leg
