SIP TCPDUMP

I am trying to get the file from a Mitel ISS server after giving a maintenance command SIP TCPDUMP ON / OFF.
SFTP connection is not the problem, the location of the created file is....

Anyone who has done this before?

/vmail However, not being familiar with ISS I could not say if this folder exists as not sure if it does voicemail.

That's exactly the problem, I know in Mitel controllers the file is in the /vmail directory.
This directory does not exist on the ISS server.

then it seems you have an issue I guess that would be one for Mitel Tech

The older ISS don't have an embedded VM so it is not surprising you can't find the /vmail directory.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Thanks for the reply, I made a mistake of connecting with sftp to the MSL of the ISS. This is a different connection from the ftp session to the mcd on this ISS server. When connecting to the MCD, there is a /vmail directory, which in my case had the necessary wireshark trace.
