SIP SMDR

Hi, I have a SIP trunk used for outbound dialling but am getting no smdr for the outbound calls.

If i receive an inbound call there is smdr present.

I have enabled SMDR for both incoming and outgoing calls and on the SIP peer assignmnet assigned tag 6666.

Also I have external SMDR enabled in the COS for the SIP trunk and the public trunk option set.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

What software release have you got?

Hi, simple mistake.... the SMDR was set on the sip trunk but not on the phone I was using for testing. Enabling the internal and external smdr for the COS of the phone fixed this issue.
