MBG (Current release)

Guys,

One of our customers uses MBG as SIP proxy of a couple of SIP trunks to Skype.

They work great most of the time.

The problem is when a something happens to the Internet service. The Sip trunks don't restablish automatically, the only way to bring them back is by resbooting the 3300.

Any idea why this may be happening? Isn't there a way (command) to restart all sip services on the 3300 without rebooting the controller?

Regards,

Daniel

You could try a: 'SIP busy peer <peer name>'
Then: 'SIP RTS peer <peer name>'

'SIP link stats' might be useful to you too.

I'm not sure if those commands will 'reset' the link or what version they came in.
