Hi all, first off happy new year to everyone

At a client we have sip trunk, but due that the have load balancing in their firewall for 2 internet providers, the sip provider system sees it as fraudulent when the ip's switch and blocks the sip.

Sip provider will configure ip authentication on their side, but I wanted to know if we have to some changes in the pbx also for this.
The pbx is version 11

If your IP Office is on the LAN and not exposed directly to the internet nothing more should be needed. Sounds like the carrier is blocking the second public IP so they just need to add it to their access list.
