Hi guys,
I have programmed a "Call fwd always" key on a 5340. User has programed destination number (Mobile Phone) using superkey, etc.
ARS points all calls to mobiles to a SIP provider.
When user has diverted calls to his mobile, incoming calls come into the 3300, then caller dials destination extension, then call diverts to mobile phone but mobile rings only once. Then caller gets back to auto attendant greetings.
If however, we program ARS to call mobiles using BRI trunks, this divertion is successfull and user receives call on his mobile.
Other tests that I have made. Going back to SIP provider to handle calls, if we do a call rerouting always (call rerouting assignment) calls are successfully rerouted to mobile phone.
This looks to me something that is not programmed correctly in SIP Trunk COS or the SIP Peer. Any suggestions?
Regards,
Daniel
