We are not a provider - we are a customer. We are looking for input/experience with SIP providers as we may be looking to change from our current vendor.
Please - looking for input how your experiences were when installing your SIP solution from planning and implementation to install and post-install support.
You get an IP/DNS user name and a password and the web site usually has some protocols depending what phone system you have (you did not mention).
Your support will mostly come from your phone system vendor and not the carrier (line provider).
Your system vendor should be able to assist which carrier to go with too.
You can sign up and test without so much talking to anyone from the carrier.
Try VOIP.MS as a carrier which was suggest by Joe.
Centric is another carrier.....too many to list since its VoIP.
I have tried 4 of them myself and did not require support from any of the carriers.
