SIP Problem

Dear Sirs,

Hope this message finds you well. I am new here and I found this space very interesting for helping me solving my problem with my NCP1000.
First let me explain to you what i am trying to do:
I have one license for SIP which i installed on my NCP, and want to connect it to my network. I think i installed everything fine since i can make a local call in the LAN(two-way audio is working) but whenever i am using 4G I am having one way audio from ncp to cell but cannot hear anything on the cellphone.
I downloaded Zoiper from the appstore, everything is connected using my router TP-LINK AC1750 - Archer C7 (Check the attached photos).

tried using stun but didnt help, any suggestions?

the ncp does not have a media relay and can only connect using a vpn.

I would not leave that port open to the world or you could be hacked and end up with a big phone bill

only the NS system will do remote phones without a VPN
