I have a problem with ICP 3300 MXE sip generico make a call when abroad through the trunk ISDN voice is heard noises but it works internally to a 5224 ok, I am someone you might solve the problem

thanks

Are you using a teleworker for the call from abroad? Also if the working sets are both on the same LAN and local streaming is enabled on the teleworker (this will occur when not using the teleworker aswell). the sets will talk directly over the LAN rather than going via the teleworker...

Thanks

Kenny

The usual problem with SIP Lineside and one way audio with trunks is because the Packet size. Mitel supports what was supposed to be the defined, which was 20ms. But the line side may have it's setting as more.

This only affects IP to TDM calls. So change the packet size on the device if you can to 20ms

Thanks for the response time of 20ms that you can change it.

thanks and best regards
