Has anyone implemented SIP or Unistim IP Phones on IPv6? We are thinking of implementing IPv6 here, and I'm just wondering how much more of an effort it is to configure it, especially when we plan to install an Avaya voicemail system. I do know that the Avaya voicemail system uses the Avaya Aura, with it's Session Manager, but I was told by our Avaya rep that the Session Manager doesn't support IPV6, so I was wondering if IPv6 would work at all on our planned upgrade of the CS1000e system on 7.5 (we're on 5.5 now). Thanks.

I would think that until some major firmware upgrade that you might have to have a seperate IPv4 network for telephony. It would be an internal network so no need for IPv6 on them imo.
