Hi, I've been tasked with finding out if we can use generic (and I use this term loosely !) SIP phones from Polycom, Linksys etc with our cs1000. I can see via the element manager that SIP is supported and from what I can work out the sig server needs to be set up as a SIP redirect server. I understand how to create user endpoints for SIP phones but then I'm getting a little confused on the process of getting the phones to register with the NRS. Anyone able to explain the steps to get this working - if it can be done - or point me to documentation other than that from Nortel !!
