I have a Mitel 3300 running version 7 sp1. The issue I am experencing is with a sip handset. I have the handset registered and the connection is established. The problem is as follows:-
I can originate a call from the SIP device and everything works as follows.
No issues with calls to external party
No issues with calls to other Mitel handsets
No Issues with calls to other analogue devices
The only issue is when any device rings the SIP unit.
If I ring from a Mitel handset internally. Call set up is established and the handset rings but no speech path in either direction from SIP or any other handset Analogue, Mitel or external.
Sip to Sip same issue occurs but not sure if this is related to the unit.
I have looked at the system and I am waiting on a small hub to run some wire shark traces but my initial diagnostics is the SIP handset.
Sip Handset is Interquartz I10
Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Andy
