SIP phone not advancing to Voice Application on 5000hx

My customer has a Mitel 5000HX with a DECT 5610 SIP handset.

I have the call flow set as below:
Main # > hunt group w/ assigned Phone EXT list > Voice Application

Everytime I assign any of the DECT phones to the hunt groups Phone EXT list, it will not advance to the Voice Application. The call gets stuck in the hunt group and rings infinitely.

I've tried:
Assigning Phantom ext to SIP phone.
Just assigning the wireless phone to the hunt group.
A different DECT phone.

It never seems to want to advance. What can possibly be the problem? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
 
Have you got the Voice Application in the Recall field on the HG?

This group works fine without the 5610 SIP phone in there?
