hi.
i have a osbiz x5.i have problem in using soft phones.when the delay in the network increases,the voice does not transmitted.i used to have a hipath 3550 v9 in the same network with the same QOS and everything was fine.would any one guide me what is different in osbiz that causes this and what i can do?

You could directly connect the SIP softphone PC to the OSB - that would eliminate any network issues that may be there and it would assist in finding the location of the fault?
