SIP Phone Features on 9608 and 9611 Phones 1

It appears that there aren't many of the regular phones features when these phones go SIP vs VoIP. TEAM and bridged appearances don't seem to appear on feature buttons,and basic features such as call forward seem to only work if I use an FAC code to activate the feature. Anyone have experience with doing a full SIP phone deployment and the feature functionality? Thanks.
 
You need to be using Aura Communication Manager 6.2 or later with Aura Session Manager 6.2 or later to use Group Paging, Hotline, or Team Button.
 
Thanks, we are using those features, but the team button doesn't appear when it is put on the phone. It was programmed under managed users in the system manager, and you can see the button in the Communication Manager, but it doesn't show up on the phone.
 
Are you using the latest SIP software (6.2.1) on the 9608/9611G?
 
OK, I will make it a bit more basic, can we put a call forward key on it? Same situation, it allows us to, but it never actually appears on the phone. But we can use a FAC code with the same phone to enable call forward.
