sip phone app to TDE100

Afternoon all,
Just after a bit of direction please,
I have set up the Media5-fone app on my iphone 5 and have registered the device to my TDE100 over the 3G network.
I can send and recieve calls to the phone but have no audio in either direction, I have G.711 alaw and Ulaw codecs and G.729 and G.722 set up on phone , but still no Audio .

Any suggestions?

Ports in your firewall need opened. But sometimes it is the mobile carrier that has ports blocked.
Find attached a link with the IP ports that need to be opened.

Opening ports may work but it is hit and miss as you can't control the 3G side or routers if on other networks
Best way is to create a VPN on the iPhone to your router
