Hi All,
I changed the SIP password with the carrier today, after the change the Mitel comes up with invalid username and password in the log and the trunk will not work.
I used the Mitel username and password details in an ATA in the same VLAN which worked. So I know the username and password and Vlan work.
The only think I can think of is the Mitel is still holding onto the old password? Has anyone come across something like this before?
