SIP Outbound routing

I have Dest code 93 using Route 003 and Adsorb all.
Route 003 is to use BlocA and is DN Typeublic
All 3 voip lines are in BlocA

Public Network DN length = Default prefix = 10

hit enter by mistake....

issue is fast busy after trying to dial out.

Monitor shows the digits dialed after 93.

It seems no matter what I do I get a fast busy.

Anyone have an example including prefix info?

Still no luck with outbound on SIP (fast busy no matter what I do) but did manage to get across to another BCM on H323 so Router and IP Trunks seem ok.

Seems not many out there have setup SIP from a carrier.
