SIP OPTIONS MESSAGES can these be changed?

Does anybody know how to customize SIP OPTIONS messages when IP Office is connecting with an ITSP.
We have a particular ITSP that as a requirement they need to have SIP OPTION Messages addressed in a particular format, which is not the format IP OFFICE IS Sending out.

IP Office is using the same sip ID for the to and from fields in the SIP OPTIONS message.
For example:
To: <sip: trunk.itsp.com >
From: <sip: trunk.itsp.com >

This ITSP needs to have the From field showing : From: <sip: 00178237482@trunk.itsp.com >

You would need to put in an SBC for this to work.
