Hi There

our office ip500 r5 software is able to sip out and in to two other offices with mitel pbxs. We only get one way voice to one of the teleworkers, both ways, although the teleworker gets two way to the other locations. A trace shows we dont seem to be sending packets when connected to this teleworker. It worked two weeks ago. Any ideas?

nothing changed on router? ALG not magically enabled now?
RTP range on Avaya still correct with port range forwarding if you're using that method? or STUN?
so trace shows invites etc, traffic ok Tx/ Rx for 5060 traffic, but no RTP port traffic being sent?
do you have different media server to ITSP? different IP routes setup on the IPO for each?
Also is STUN server still set as the default 69.XXX.XXX.XXX perhaps? if required to use STUN? should be SBC or a private VLAN from SIP provider to get round those sort of dramas.
just guessing, prodding ideas perhaps? I have fairly limited knowledge, haven't had 1 way speech for a long long time.

Cheers,

Chris
