HI All
I am in need of some advice:
I have a customer with an IP OFFice 500 v2, connected to 8mb Leased line with a cisco router, this then has a Kerio firewall sitting in front of it all
They have two sip trunk installed on the system, 1 which is working the other is only allowing one way speech. i have spoken to the ISP of the SIP trunks and they advised it is due to the phone system presented the internal IP.
The IT team made all changes on the phone to try NAT this rule but it hasnt worked, i have changed the network tepology on the system to use STUN to see if this helped but it hasnt. The ISP is still seeing the internal IP
Can you advise if there is anything else i can change on the system.
Thank you
