Dear All,

I have configured a station on CM (7001) & also configured the OPS for the same. Now using same station as SIP endpoint & same registered on SIP server.

1) When i make a call from CM station (7501) to 7001, call happens successfully.

2) When i make a call from SIP station (7001) to 7501 (CM station), call doesn't happen. It gives following error:

"Call failed: Forbidden (denail 11)"

Please suggest any configuration missing or any thing i did mistake in configuration.

Thanking you in advance,
Manju

Dear All,

Thanks a ton for all for your help & kindness.

I got the solution from one of Avaya users thread only:

"By adding the domain in the ip-network-region of the clans and medpros dedicated to non-sip ip hardphone, we now have the extension@domain.fr which appears on the sip hardphone. So we can call back the ip hardphone behind the PABX from the registry".

Thanks once again to all
