SIP Load Balancer Appliance

Looking to see what everyone is useing as far as a SIP-VOIP load balancer is concerned. We are looking to implement VOIP, with multiple HMP's and would like to have some load balancing. I heard big-ip is good but are expensive.
We would like to stay with an appliance.
