Hello,
I have a sip line from a service provider for calls. And I have a Panasonic ns500 with a pri card. Now I bought a VoIP gateway device to convert the sip line to pri line and connected to the Panasonic ns500.Now how do I configure the pri card of the ns500 to receive and make calls.
Counting on your support.

Which ISDN E1/T1/J1 VoIP Gateway are you using?
Ideally you would have to creat a VoIP account on the gateway to interconnect with the SIP provider and the PRI GW port to the PRI port of Panasonic then configure it as though its from the Telco. Yu GW PRI-Net and Panasonic PCI-CPE.

I have used this before to interconnect multiple legacy systems over IP through their PRI ports.

I Use Yeastar TE100 and TE200

i suppose your architecture is as attached

Why would you put a sip Gateway for a pri, it would be cheaper and easier to put a dsp card in and connect to the sip provider directly

Thank you wanet Telecom Ltd for the assistance.
Am very grateful, will try it out and see how it goes.
@ obtsystems I have already bought the VoIP gateway and I didn't get a dsp card and sip trunk license on the box.

@ Wanet telecom, I did what u said and it worked well. But the issue at hand now is that when I set the incoming call distribution to DID on the Panasonic ns500, the Panasonic routes the DID line calls to a particular analog extension instead of routing the calls to the extensions I defined in the DID table of the PBX. That particular analog extension on which all the DIDs go to is not part of the DID table I created.

You need to define the DID routing in the gateway as well. Which brand and model of ISDN E1/T1/J1 gateway are you using?

best convertor sip to e1 or any isdn is cisco 2811.
i do use avry day 3 s poroject

@Wanet telecom, I am using matrix setu vtep voip gateway for integration.
