I have a single SIP line built that has two SIP accounts associated. In the credentials tab there are two different credentials for two different SIP accounts/trunks with a single provider. In the call details tab I have two URI's built. The first using credential1 is set with incoming/outgoing group 999. The second is in/out 998. When calls come in on the second sip account/trunk they ring on 999 instead of 998. Can anyone tell me why that is? I've verified that the number is inbounding on the second SIP account/trunk but if I set the ICR to use 998, the call goes to the default hunt group. When I change the ICR to 999 it goes where it's supposed to.

Use the same incoming line group ID for both URI's, then it doesn't matter which account the call came in on, your ICR's line group will match and route the call to the proper destination

It sounds like the DID was associated with the wrong account. Like Tommy said if you use the same incoming group ID for both then it won't matter. If you don't want to do this for some reason you would need to get the SIP provider to get the DID associated with the correct account.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
