SIP Invite - SV8100 putting From information in Contact field

Subject line pretty much covers it - the [Contact] field has the correct information, but the [From] field reads “Anonymous"<sip:Anonymous@Anonymous.invalid>.

I've setup the calling party ID everywhere I know to, but nothing seems to effect the [From] field.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
