Backgraound:
IVR integration with Mitel 3300 Rls 7.1 using SIP User. From the initial testing with the IVR people they are claiming that the problem is from the Mitel side. After all the diagnosis, I have upgraded the Mitel system to rls 8.0 UR1 and start working prefect.
Current Problem:
Whenever there are 5 calls at the IVR and the first caller select to transfer to the call center the 5th caller will get transferred and the first call will be on hold.
I know its an IVR issue, but there is any way to prove it. Any idea even if it crazy will help.
