We have recently ported a PRI line across to our SIP service provider along with the DDI's. Their main number runs through one server and their DDI's run through another server.
SO... the issue we are having is that there is one SIP account that they have given us registering on their main number (which works). However all their DDI's do not work. When I phone one of their DDI numbers from our office the request times out when doing a trace on the call. On the client side it sees that there is an invite from our number but it eventually just drops and I'm assuming it is because it doesn't find a route for the call. I have tried every form of incoming call route I could find but had no luck.
I've been doing some reading up on wildcards for the system but I am new to the whole SIP game and I honestly don't know what else to try.
Any help would be greatly appreciated I'm starting to pull my hair out!
