Hi All.
I have a system MCD 3300 SW 6.0 SP2
i have system beside this that control the users day, (if the are at lunch the system says that, the person you are looking for is at lunch and is back at xx=) the communication between the system uses SIP.
Now i have a problem, when the switchboard takes a call and the caller woult like to talk to a person that is busy on the phone, the switchboard can transfer the call and the caller should get a que messages but, when the transfer is done, there is no ringback or anything for the caller that are quing.
the developer of the system hade the samt problem on their own pbx (Aastra) and they changed this value, Allow RTP Stream over communication server and it started to work on their site. I think the trouble is that the media streams are not following the call when the switchboard does the transfer, but wich sip setting in the Mitel system can solv this?
any idees are of help
Regards Ulf
