Hi

I have IPO on 8.0.43 on Sip trunks with IINET. I initially had problems setting up the sip trunk but it's all registered now.

The problem I'm having is the DDI's. The system never recognises the digits and always sends it to default DDI with no incoming number.

Does anyone know how the digits should be in the ICR?

In the monitor trace from IINET they are sending a not known when you dial in. Is this causing the issue?

this will depend on how your SIP URI's are set up. i always create a URI with *,*,* and that will force the trunk to use call routes. the * go instead of Use internal data or the other drop downs.

Hi

I also use *** in the sip URI.

I can't be certain, but I think I setup some trunks for an iiNet customer a year or so ago - So this may be off the mark...

Depending how iiNet work, you might have to change the Call routing method field (on first SIP trunk page) to "To Header"

Engin sometimes have to have that changed as well. I've found anytime a provider uses only one credential for multiple numbers/DID's that this setting normally sorts it for me.

Hope it helps

Hi

All fixed now.

Just so anyone has the same issue going forward with IINET in the associated method on the SIP trunk it needs to be set to "VIA header hostpart against DNS-reolved ITSP domain"

Thanks nick
