SIP/IMS clients and servers

I am currently setting up an IMS trial. Thus I am looking for modules, preferrably open source, to lower the development effort.
My problem is, I know don't know any IMS compliant implementations, only SIP compliant ones.

Thus I am intersted in any 3GPP compliant IMS client, CSCF and A/S installation you have implemented, have read about or know from hearsay (as stated open source is preferred, but commercial stuff is appreciated as well).
