I have a customer that has an IP500v2 on 9.1.
Due to this Covid 19 thing, they're wanting to work from home as much as possible.
So, I set up twinning so that they can answer calls from their cell phones.
They have a sip line
Main number goes from the incoming call rout to their Main Answer Group
There are 3 users in the main group that have mobility turned on and mobile twinning.
The issue is that when I watch System Status, i can see the system alert all 3 users and then it twins to only 2 of their cell numbers. If I repeatedly call, it seems to twin out to A/B, B/C, C/A, A/B and so on. But systematically to just two users, rotating through which 2 it is calling.
The hunt group is set up to collectively ring with no queuing.
How can i get all 3 to be called at the same time?
