SIP -> ISDN (Mitel) early 200OK issue

Hello everyone,

When I make a SIP call I receive 200 OK before the call get answered by the callee.
How can I know if that's a carrier issue or Mitel's? I got SIP & Mitel traces but I don't know how to read them? Thank you
