sip FROM field using user info ipecs50b v5.5 1

last 1 I promise for now!
i have sip trunks working fine for inbound but when i dial out it sends
anonymous@ rather than the account details. i notice also in the trace is sends the extension users name so I rekon it is referencing a table for user sip details, yet can't find this table! i have a few sites with sip and the details match, but obviously i have overlooked something. help appreciated,

Here's the notes I have. Hope it helps:
Go to PGM 143>select trunks>set COLP table to "0">make sure My area code and My Area Prefix code have no entry

Go to ISDN Line Data>PGM 201 and enter the outbound digits for table 0 "npaxxxxxxx" if all phones will be the same or "npaxxx" if phone will postpend their extension

Go to PGM 114>enter extension range>station CLI1 should have no entry if all phones transmit main number.

Go to PGM 133>caller ID selection should be set to "from ID
