Sip Firmware for Avaya 1120e and 1140e sets

Hello all!!

I am looking for a way to convert my 1120e's/1140e's/and 1165e's....to SIP firmware. Where can I get this? The last time we did this the software...expired?

Gman, are you looking to run these directly off IP Office? If so, the admin download is the route to go. The purchase price of the licenses is waived in the downloading from the IP Office platform.

If you are just looking for the SIP downloads in general, you can download the SIP firmware from Avaya's Support Site, but only the original Nortel SIP 2.0 series firmware for 1140Es and 1120Es are free and do not require a license. Anything with version 3.0 and up needs to either have a license purchased from Avaya or you can use this website to allow standard calling features and the SIP firmware will never expire or require a license for non Avaya specific calling features such as standard SIP hold, transfer, conference. 1165E is a newer phone and will require a SIP license no matter what.
