I am unable to find the DT 900 device through scanning in IP Office Manager. However, in Advanced IP Manager, it is scanning and pinging between my laptop and the NEC phone. Additionally, I am unable to upload the file through Pumpkin TFTP.
Could you guide me on how to resolve this issue? I will share the screenshot for reference.
Please note that only the NEC phone belongs to me at the moment. The SV9100 is currently not at my location. Do I need both the controller and the DT 900 at the same premises for this operation?
