Sip failing 1

Hi All

Can anyone shed any light on why this sip call is failing? Wireshark trace attached.

You are getting no rtp or response back from 151.2.143.2 so the system is dropping the call. Check ALG is disabled in your firewall and that there is no restriction between 151.2.143.2 and the system. You would also need to look at the headers in the packets to see what ip is being sent, the provider might be seeing your internal address so the packets would be sent to the wrong place.
