Ive finally got my Mitel 3300 <> Asterisk working.

Asterisk ext. can dial Mitel ext. and dial out

Mitel ext. can dial Asterisk ext.

BUT

I cant work out how to allow Asterisk ext. to be dialed from an outside line when the caller hits the autoattendant.

My Mitel Ext. are 4xx and the Asterisk are 3xx

What am I missing?

Cheers

Tim

Not 100% sure what you mean

I have Voicemail/system settings/Voice Mail Options Assigment:

Auto-Attendent Transfer:
Allow Transfer to Any Number: Yes

Is that what saying?

Tim

Yes, that is what I was trying to say.

It now sounds like you have a COR restriction blocking the transfer.

What are you getting when a call is attempting to be transferred?

Cheers..

As an example.. I want to get to 320.. It will say:

"You are being transfer to.. you are being transfer to two.. zero

yup.. well.. an autoattendant menu 3, also got a menu 4 as well but that doesnt effect transfer to the Mitel 4xx ext.

Tim

What version of software are you running.

I don't believe (but don't quote me yet) that single digit branching and DN can share the same starting digit. It does not work on my lab system, but that is running pre-beta software.

7.1.6.10_1

It does appear that you could be right.

Bu@@er..
