Greetings from a newbie

Please be patient with me, I'm new to the Avaya CM/ASA stuff.
I've got a couple remote workers at home who were provided SIP phones and were setup prior to me coming on board.
Unfortuntely I have no documentation on settings/etc, so I'm unsure how to troubleshoot these devices that are no longer connecting.

Can anyone provide me with some basic guidance on where I can look in the ASA for any settings/IP's/etc that I would need to ensure all settings on the devices are correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

There are many reasons why they may no longer be working. Expired certificates for example. Are they connecting through an SBC? ..and System Manager is how SIP devices are configured.
