SIP extensions error

Hi,

I'm running IPO 7.0.5. I've 2 SIP extensions created but apart from that I've 6 or 7 SIP extension automatically created by the IPO and I can't delete them its not even giving the option to delete. And these unknown SIP extensions are showing up under the error list "An extension with this IP address is already configured"

Any ideas?

You are having the sip softphones which do this.
When you close down those softphones then those extensions are deleted after 5 or 10 minutes.

Even I'm not logging with those unknown extensions, it'll still show up under the error list?

Those extensions are virtual extension numbers.

So if I close the softphone, the extns will be delete after 5-10 minutes automatically? But if I open up the Softphone those extns will come back so is there a permanent fix for this?

The softphone needs that virtual extension!!!
If you close as softphones then all those extensions are deleted automatically.
When you start a softphone then it will create a virtual extension with an extension number that is not already in use.
You cannot do anything about except for not using these softphones.

This is the way it works.
