Hello,
IP500v2 on R9.0.4
1416's phones on local processor, 9608's and a few Patton M-ATA's on different subnet via fiber link.
I have a SIP Patton M-ATA with a pot phone hooked up. It can call out fine and also can direct dial all other extn's fine.
Here's when it breaks.
Patton m-ata calls a 1416 and is transferred to another 1416 phone. There is one way audio then. I don't understand why a transfer from one digital to another digital breaks the audio. The patton and SIP extn in manager are hardcoded to only use G.711 u-law. I tried unchecking Direct Media path which didn't fix the issue. The 9608's don't have this issue, so it's something unique to a SIP endpoint or a setting in the Patton? Any ideas what to try?
