SIP Door Phone

I have a client looking to connect a door phone through an IP500V2 using SIP. The building they want the door phone connected does not have copper connected, only fiber. Has anyone ever connected a SIP door phone to the IPO? The specific product they are looking at is the Valcom VIP-172L IP Doorphone.

Or just get a analog doorphone and use an ATA. It works with M-ATA from Patton and Linksys.

Not used one yet but Mobotix do a SIP door entry phone which is very clever and a box of tricks that will convert 2 wires to Ethernet so it can be used in legacy installs (and adds video). We install there camera's and they are amazing. So might work if there is a old copper wire going there.

Hi , i use 2N Helios IP this a GOOD Video doorphone with many feature .

I use it with IPO about 100 device with Grandstream 3140 and work very fine .

I suppose if you visit site 2n.cz you can found also IP door phoen without video
